Privacy Policy
NOX & NEEDLE collects the minimum information needed to take an order, ship it and answer you afterwards. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address, phone number, ordered items and sizes.
- Payment confirmation — card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits only; full card data never reaches our servers.
- Messages — anything you send by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, kept so the next reply has the full history.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for fraud checks and to keep the site working.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to send tracking and receipts, to handle returns and refunds, to prevent fraudulent payments, and to improve the catalogue and the checkout.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We share it only with carriers, payment providers and the email service that make your order possible.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart, your chosen language and your login session. Analytics cookies help us see which pages fail. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout will still work but the site may remember less about you.
Clearing cookies removes your saved language choice — the switcher falls back to English.
How long we keep it
- Order records — as long as accounting and tax rules require, normally six years.
- Support conversations — 24 months after the last message.
- Marketing email — until you unsubscribe, then removed from the sending list.
Your choices
- Access and correction — ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to fix it.
- Deletion — ask us to delete everything that is not required for tax and accounting.
- Marketing — every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Objection — where the law gives you the right to object to processing, write to us and we will stop.
Requests are handled within 30 days. Write to support@noxneedle.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and include the email address used on the order.
