Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you have read them and accept them.
Orders
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian place the order on your behalf.
- An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when the confirmation email is sent and the payment is captured.
- Prices, stock and delivery estimates can change before acceptance. If an item turns out to be unavailable, you are offered a replacement, a store credit or a full refund.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, the address cannot be verified, or a pricing error is obvious. Any payment taken is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties and local taxes, which are collected by the destination country. Payment is handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never receive or store full card details.
Where a currency conversion is applied by your bank or wallet, their rate and fees apply.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not a guarantee. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Report a damaged or incomplete parcel within 48 hours with photos so a claim can be opened.

Product information
- Photographs, colours and measurements are as accurate as we can make them; screens vary, and small differences in tone are normal.
- Brand names and logos belong to their owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands we sell.
- All site content, text and photography are ours or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods arriving as described. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, or for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control.
